The idea of Conquista Boats was born in 2008 out of the need for more reliable, fuel efficient and advanced ocean worthy boats than those available to the consumer market by major local and overseas manufacturers. After 12 months of planning and endless hours on the drawing boards and rendering screens, we finally ventured out in 2010 to commence with our first custom project:
The “CSC820 -Black Pearl” and in cooperation with our partners built our first infusion molded 8.2M Cabin Cruiser. An unparalleled luxurious yet efficient vessel in its class displaying an exceptional smooth and soft ride even under harsh ocean conditions, making it the perfect all-rounder and till this date a flagship of our boat range.
At the same time additional projects were launched in the RIB area using military grade carbon Hypalon tubing and the resulting “CRB500 – JellyFish” followed the same year.
In 2012 after a year of research and development, the “CRB830 – The Dark Knight” was built. Utilizing the same military grade carbon Hypalon tubes as its smaller cousin the CRB500, both vessels were built based on the hull designs by Bakewell-White and display exceptional fuel economy and offshore capabilities even in the roughest conditions. One of many reasons why the very same hulls were used by the New Zealand Police during the 2000/2003 Americas Cup regatta in Auckland.
In 2013 we took the next logical step and extended our capabilities in the production area and built our Thai-based workshop as well as Showroom in South East Thailand in the province of Trad. With direct access to the Gulf of Thailand easing research, testing and development, we started manufacturing our own designs and concepts from early 2014 onward, further pushing the frontiers of timeless design & aesthetics in combination with more fuel efficient hulls and reliable propulsion systems in order to provide the boating industry with appealing, affordable and ecological sustainable sport and utility boats.
